It’s always a great day when you can save a business owner. His terminal gave out and he was unable to run credit cards. He had a back up terminal, his current company would not support it, wanted him to buy a new one from them @ $450. Luck would have it I stopped by, introduced myself, and explained what I could do. I took my back up terminal programmed it with the account info from the current company so he would not lose sales over the busy weekend. Next week I’ll take his back up termina l programmed with the new account we just set up. Next time when he has a problem, all he has to do is call me. Now that is savings and service!!!
